JOIN MCO'S FUN, VITAL TEAM OF VOLUNTEERS!

Since our founding 50 years ago, the MCO has relied on a dedicated network of volunteers, the bedrock of our music and arts community. We currently have exciting opportunities for you to contribute and support the MCO as we expand our volunteer base.

Volunteers are involved in all aspects of the MCO, from office admin, to concert ushers, to producing special events and community concerts. Volunteering is a wonderful way to create community, make friends, and support an organization you value. Volunteers receive benefits such as concert tickets and annual recognition.

This winter, we're particularly interested in identifying volunteers to help with pick-ups and drop-offs for the Vinyl Vault. This is where our need is greatest. The Vinyl Vault is an integral fundraising and community building initiative for the MCO. This volunteer role requires a driver's license and access to a vehicle, and involves volunteering once or twice a month to pick up donations of used records and CDs from various locations in Winnipeg. Vinyl Vault volunteers also sort and catalog records in preparation for our monthly sale. This role is ideal for someone who loves vinyl and wants to contribute to an important fundraising initiative supporting the MCO's community concerts and education in Winnipeg and across Manitoba.
