JOIN THE MCO’s VOLUNTEER COMMUNITY

Volunteers are part of just about everything we do at the MCO — from welcoming audiences at concerts to sorting through stacks of records at the Vinyl Vault.

There are lots of ways to get involved, depending on your interests, skills, and availability. Volunteer roles include concert ushers, bar staff, community and special event volunteers, office support, Listening Club hosts, and Vinyl Vault volunteers.

You might greet concertgoers, help set up an event, sell records or merchandise, lend a hand in the office, or help make one of our community programs run smoothly. Some roles are audience-facing, while others happen behind the scenes.

You don’t need previous arts or event experience to volunteer with us. We’ll make sure you have the information and training you need for your role.

MCO volunteers also receive complimentary concert tickets, invitations to volunteer appreciation events, and other opportunities to spend time with the music and people that make up the MCO community.

Whether you’d like to help out regularly or lend a hand when your schedule allows, we appreciate your interest!
