We're excited to welcome two new members to the MCO team! Natanielle Felicitas is our new Office Manager — she's the person who'll be taking your ticket orders and questions over the phone, and you may have already met her running front of house at our concerts this season. Sara Malabar is our new Director of Development — she'll be taking on MCO's fundraising, individual giving, and sponsorship portfolios.

Natanielle Felicitas has called Winnipeg home since moving from Edmonton in 2009. After graduating from the Arts & Cultural Management program at MacEwan University, she fell in love with the unique and collaborative arts scene here in Treaty 1 Territory. Having held administrative positions at Manitoba Theatre for Young People, Manitoba Music, and various festivals (Interstellar Rodeo, Memetic, MayWorks), the MCO is a natural fit for Nat. Outside of office hours, Nat is a freelance musician, playing cello with local artists such as JP Hoe, Raine Hamilton, Cantor Dust, and has recently explored the realms of sound design for theatre. She strongly believes in building community through live music experiences and is thrilled to help realize the goals and mission of the MCO.
